Interviewing the GOAT Lightning about American football
Today I will be interviewing the great @Lightning about American football. No we are not talking about that weird sport that’s called football but is also called soccer. I’m interviewing him about both college football and pro football (NFL). I also included my own opinions cuz Lightning’s answers are uh interesting. 
Question 1 What is your favorite NFL team? (I obviously know this is just for the clueless people).
Lightning’s epic response: The Carolina Panthers. Keep Pounding! (even tho we're awful and are gonna get that top pick in the draft...) lol
My favorite team in the NFL is the New England Patriots. So you get the top pick that’s not too bad you have CMC who gets hurt every year . Before you start saying the Pats are bad did I ask.
Question 2 What is your favorite college football team?
Lightning’s answer : The Georgia Bulldogs
My favorite college team is the Ohio State Buckeyes cuz I live in Ohio (not revealing exact location for you stalkers). Georgia is pretty good they’re gonna make the playoffs as well as Ohio State. Ohio States’s offense is arguably the best.
Question 3 How would you describe football to a clueless person?
Lightning: Honestly, I'd probably mess with them slightly and describe it in an odd way. So Football is a game where a bunch of dudes in tights aggressively hug each other on the field. They all try to move a ball to the opposing team's endzone where the giant yellow fork thing is located by pushing each other around and running the ball, or pushing each other around and throwing the ball. Whoever does this the most and has the most points after 4 15-min quarters of play will emerge victorious. Whoever loses will blame the zebras and throw a tantrum.
Ok so messing with them is pretty fun lol. To all those clueless people: football is a sport where 11 players of each team line up on the field. The offense’s job is to score points, the defenses job is to not allow the offense to score. So a team scores by catching or running the ball into the end zone or by kicking it through those yellow goalposts. There are penalties for people doing stupid stuff ofc.
Question 4 what do you think about the college football playoffs? Should they be expanded?
Lightning: I think they're great, but they should absolutely be expanded, it'll be far more fun that way (but an SEC team is still going to win it all most years, as usual, cause they're the best conference).
So currently the college football playoffs is made up of only 4 teams so if you lose then good luck next year. I think they should definitely be expanded to allow for more games and more chances for teams. Also Lighty wanna talk about when Ohio State beat Alabama in the 2016 playoffs?
Question 5 how hard do you think a head coaches job is in the NFL?
Lighty : I'm sure it is extremely difficult for the average person but just averagely difficult for an NFL coach. I mean, if I had experience in the football world and knew how to coach football, then an NFL head coaching job would be far easier than it otherwise is. If that makes sense. Lol
Ok so here is where I disagree 100% cuz a coach has to manage the salary cap, agree with the general manager on who to bring in ( it helps if the GM is also the HC), keep the players happy, finding the right amount of compensation for trades, scouting, keeping a good relationship with the players and coaches and a lot more. I myself have a great deal of experience in this area since I’m a 8 time Super Bowl Champion and head coach of the New England Patriots.
Question 6 who do you think is going to make the college football playoffs?
Lightning: Oooh. Gimme Ohio St, Clemson, Georgia, and, bold prediction, whoever wins the Pac-12
Ok so uh whoever wins the PAC-12 is not going to make the playoffs USC was the best but they are way overrated and lost to Utah. I agree with Ohio State and Georgia making the playoffs. Clemson is also overrated I mean those games against North Carolina State and Florida State were way closer than they should have been. I got Ohio State, Georgia , Tennessee and Ole Miss is gonna be the last one in lol.
Question 7 Is football superior to soccer?
Lightning :
Absolutely. In every way imaginable.
I agree 100% soccer is just people running around kicking a ball into a goal and failing half the time and getting injured cuz they be running each other cuz they have no idea what their doing.
Question 8 What is the best sport?
Lightning: Obviously, football is the best sport.
100% agree I already said what I think about soccer. Baseball is just people seeing who can hit the ball the farthest with a piece of wood. Hockey is just people running on ice fighting over a percent of plastic. Basketball is so boring your just running around chucking a ball into some hoop and the high scores are nothing to brag about.
