Dear all,

This is the blog for the CMT-group chess club. The idea is to teach a bunch of theoretical phycisists how to play chess.

In my favorite chess-book “How to Reassess Your Chess” by Jeremy Silman, he spends an incredible amount of time on speaking about chess psychology, a most interesting subject. Although it is a topic which is a bit hard to sit down and learn, I think being aware of one’s own bad psychological habits can surely improve your game. Therefore the material for this week will be the following two articles about chess psychology by none other than mr. Silman himself:

Hope you have fun with them!
