I have decided to create a blog that I will post daily. In today's issue, I will talk about 11/11/11. 11/11/11 only happens every 100 years, so today was kind of a special day. 11/11/11 is said to be a lucky day because lucky things seem to happen to people on 11/11/11. I have had a few lucky things happen to me today on Chess.com like, improving my rating, making high rated players resign, winning against high rated players, and even joining Chess.com! It seems like today I have only won against really high rated players, either on resignations, on time, or even rarely, checkmate. It is this day that has this mysterious feeling in history. 11/11/11 is also a palindrome, (a number or word, or in this case, a date that is the same read backwards and forwards). 11/11/11 is the 2nd to last palindrome in the dates for this century. 12/12/12 will be the last palindrome in the dates for this century. I will be posting blogs like this almost about every day, so you can keep up with what is going on on Chess.com or other stuff that is not related to Chess.com, like this blog.
