Checkmate with 2 Knights

One of the most rewarding things in chess is when you manage to implement what you've learned in a practical game.

The following game combines two of the themes that I've been exploring recently. The first one is mating patterns (through Daniel King's outstanding Chessbase DVD Power Play 1 - Mating Patterns). GM King dedicates a chapter to mates delivered with two knights. The second theme I've been studying is the isolated Queen's Pawn (a.k.a. the IQP) through Sam Collin's interesting book A Simple Chess Opening Repertoire for White in which he recommends openings that give rise to positions where White gets an IQP.
Here is the game, an IQP arising from an Alekhine Defense that ends in a rather unusual mating pattern with two knights. Enjoy!
