English Opening: Caro-Kann Defensive System (My End Game)

This is my last first post. I will show you more stuff. It is not my best game, neither is it my most beautiful one, but hopefully you can can help me. I can post more, especially the moves that lead up to this position. I will definitely do that for the next couple posts.
