Here My Opponent Abandoned our Game

These oponents abandoned our game instead of resigning or continuing to play.  I believe this to be unfair.  Some may say just take the points.  The problem is when your opponent quits they continue to go on and play more chess while you are left waiting for there clock to run out.  All I can think to do is post the games here.  More games to come I'm sure.

Most recent abandonment occurs in a dubious Fried Liver by Black.  I do admit I'll look at my opponents rating before deciding to play Nd4. I believe chess.com is doing something about those players that close their games when in a losing position. Also, it seems chess.com has shortened the game abandon time as I felt I didn't have to wait long before the servers identified the malicious disconnect.  Again all analysis is done fast so I'm sure it's not the best. Cheers.

A five minute game while I run analysis on my longer games.

It's been a few weeks since I had someone leave my game.  Here White offered a draw after I captured his Bishop, and after my declining promptly left the game.  And as always chess.com has done nothing to thwart this activity.  My opponent gets to go on and play chess while I'm left waiting for the clock.
