The Bongcloud is an opening named after a user named Lenny Bongcloud. Lenny invented an opening with the E pawn and king that forfeits castling rights and prevents queen and kingside bishop development from happening majorly.
=How to Bongcloud=
In order to open with the Bongcloud opening, start with 1.e4 as white, and 1.e5 as black. Then, do either 2.e3 for white, or 2.e7 for black. By doing this, you make developing your kingside bishop, as well as developing your queen, a waste of time.
