What is my bullet rating up to? (Is it up or down? P2 S1)

A couple days ago I posted that my bullet rating was going into a slump.If you don't remember here is the link. https://www.chess.com/blog/Championgolf/is-my-bullet-rating-going-into-another-slump

But now it's nearly in the 900s again. And even weirder I start out down on time but when there is about 20-30 seconds left on my clock I am up on time. I think it has something to do with the premoves but i'm not certain. Please note that I am not a good artist
