Why is this not brilliant?

Why is this rook sacrifice not a brilliant move? It’s a classic deflection tactic, and forcing my opponent to choose between saving the queen or mate: If Qxd4 then Qxf3#, if any other moves then Rxd1 and we are up a queen with a pawn near the king and the queen aiming at the kingside with a pinned knight creating multiple mating threats a a great position for me. It will also force my opponent’s rooks to be absolutely defensive and a pressured kingside.
