2022 ChessKid Grants for Schools!
For the third year in a row, ChessKid is offering free gold ChessKid accounts for every student at your elementary school. If you're a school system administrator (usually a central office administrator) who can answer questions on the application about the number of students at each elementary school, this grant is for you.

Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have recognized the disruption and challenges school systems across the country face. Through this grant program, we can assist school chess programs so kids can continue their chess activities during the school year and through periods of virtual learning.
There is no deadline to apply, but we recommend registering as early as possible or no later than June 1, 2022, if you want to start free access for your students in the 2022-23 school year.
