Blitz Chess #355: English Opening, Symmetrical variation
This is a blitz chess game I played as black with time control 3|2. The opening was the English Opening, Symmetrical variation. Black offers up a pawn as early as move 8 in exchange for some pressure against white's queenside, however white declines the gambit. An early mishap nets one side a pawn plus. The big question is would this small advantage turn substantial enough to earn the full point?
