Blitz Chess #358: Sicilian Defense, Pin variation
This is a blitz chess game I played as white with time control 5|0. The opening played was the Sicilian Defense, Pin variation. If you have dark square weaknesses and your dark-squared bishop isn't around, one must be especially cautious. The Pin variation looks to damage white's queenside structure in exchange for giving white the two bishops. Efficient development, along with keeping your eyes open for tactics in an open Sicilian are both key factors for success.
