A dynamic battle often arises out of the King's Indian Defense. How might things vary, if at all, from the Makogonov variation? A critical moment presents itself as early as move 9. Capturing on f5 would lead to a dynamic battle, and not capturing would likely enter a strategic battle. Which path would white choose? This was a 5|0 time control game, where I was playing with the black pieces.
