Q: Why should I castle?

A: To bring the dead inactive rook from the corner and to get your king safe.

Q: Where does the other rook go?

A: When the queen, knights and bishops are developed (bishops on 3rd, 4th or 5th ranks, knight onto third, and queen onto second or third) the rook can find an open file.

Q: I've heard some fine victories against a castled king. Then why should I even castle?

A: Castle, but beware of mates. A "too safe" king is one that is vulnerable. Weird, huh?
