Frustration and losing in Chess

So I'm sure everybody has their own personal experience with poor tournaments, a poorly played game etc. My question is, what do you do after a bad day of playing? I personally had the worse tournament I have ever played on Sunday in which I lost 80 rating points almost losing every single game (with 3 losses and a draw).
