Favorite beer

My favorites: American IPA (India Pale Ale) family, German Weissbier, just about any Belgian beer.

From the more standard supermarket fare, Miller Lite is OK, so is Australian Foster's.  Carlsberg is acceptable, but it is "probably not the best beer in the world." Kronenbourg 1664 is all right.

The only chess-related beer that comes to mind is Desperados, produced by a brewery appropriately named "Fischer"!
