Indeed WW1 was a huge war as you might say but what if I basically told you that chess games were played while WW1 was literally happening and a chess tournament played which involved great chess players such as Emanuel Lasker and Jose Raul Capablanca and as the tournament went on,
The unexpected happened as if Emanuel Lasker and Jose Raul Capablanca were playing with each other.
It was an interesting and exciting game but Emanuel Lasker would not let Jose Raul Capablanca win and instead Emanuel Lasker won the game and he won in total of 1200 rubles (in addition to his appearance fee of 4500 rubles).
