Correspondence/turn-based forms

Came across these forms (http://www.chessville.com/downloads_files/misc_downloads/correspondence_forms.pdf) looking for something totally different--I'm a sucker for a link that says free downloads.

But actually it was something that I had been thinking/asking casually about: a way to keep all these turn-based games straight in my head.

Sometimes juggling all these games, I get to the point where I have no idea what's going on in a game, particularly after a few days delay. Or playing similar lines with minor (usually important) variations.

Also wonder if there might be some way that such graphical annotations might be incorporated into the game-notes.

Please let me know if you've seen something similar.
