The only way is up

As always a game at Crewe is a happy game. They have the best atmosphere out of any of the clubs. Having the club in a quiet but spacious room above a bar doesn't hurt any and the players are generally very friendly. Unless you get on their bad side apparently. My game was against Les, who I beat the last time we played, but tonight his game was on fire, and mine wasn't. 

Les very generously bought me a couple of drinks after the match, so now I owe him. Thankfully we had a win on board 1 and a couple of draws, so the match was drawn overall. And for me, the only way is up.
