New Opening

New Opening

Hello,

My name is David Yushkov, and I am an active competitive player on Chess.com.

Over the past months, I have been systematically developing and testing an opening system starting with 1.d3, followed by a kingside fianchetto (g3, Bg2) and an early c4 setup. The idea has been extensively tested in practical blitz games, including against 2200–2400+ rated opponents.

So far, I have:

Compiled a structured database of 50+ games

Analyzed critical continuations and common Black responses

Identified recurring strategic patterns and typical middlegame plans

Had strong titled players test the system in practical play

I fully understand that opening theory develops over time and through consistent high-level practice. I am not claiming the discovery of a “new opening,” but rather presenting a structured and practically tested system that may be of analytical interest.

If relevant, I would be grateful to know:

Whether such a system could be considered for an analytical review or discussion

Whether there are criteria required for a more formal evaluation

Or whether there is an appropriate channel for submitting structured opening research

I would be happy to provide the full database and analytical material upon request.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards,
David Yushkov
