Best move for white?

The Facebook page Chess United (not that popular, but among chess players maybe) posted this interesting (position) puzzle with black threatening white after Rxh2+ then later mate, meanwhile white has to find a way to defend while attacking (my favorite part in chess is this). Pretty challenging for some of us here, toch (right in Nederlands)? I was stuck on this as well, so lets solve this together on the website where chess is united!
