Seriously, fast chess is like fast food. It's not only messing with your mental health but also trains your mind for superficial thinking.
If you want to improve chess fast, you need to train slow skills.

This sounds like "Are you depressed? Be happy" advice.
People make blunders all the time and think that doing puzzles is all they need to improve.
Again, you are blundering because you haven't improved your slow skills.
Here's a tip:
Whenever it's your turn, pause, and don't play the first idea that comes to your mind.
Fight against that impulse.
Calculate a little bit and if everything is ok, then move.

Some people play 1-hour games, daily chess or rapid chess and still finish their games in the first 5-10 minutes.
And they lose.
This is an example of poor time management.
Learning how to invest the time of your clock is a critical skill.
If you don't get this, nothing will work.
A gift for you: If you want to learn how to avoid blunders, comment "blunder" in this post, and I will send you my "Avoiding blunder free course."
