Bobby Fischer's Conquest of the World Chess Championships

Dear Chess People -

For my second post, I would like to share with you a peculiar book which even the most generous of critics have found a bit odd. However, I enjoyed it a great deal. This was another find of mine and it is a nice, crisp, first edition.

Reuben Fine was an actual psychologist and an amazing chess player. He offers many insights and opinions about the famous 1972 match which are interesting to read if you have read many of the more common books.

I have included Fischer's game 1 blunder so that you may enjoy the aesthetic (and also remember that even Fischer blundered!).

Sorry again if the photos are sideways but I tried to fix it this time!

Kindly,

Djangostani

P.S. Seriously why are the photos always sideways!
