Workers are the most active pieces in the position  

L . lazy 

Lazy pieces are the pieces on vacation 😄

They sit on the back rank the whole time 

Those are the lazy pieces on the back rank 

T . traitors

Traitors are pawns that block your pieces from developing the lazy pieces are lazy because  the traitors are blocking them from being developed!🤯

Imagine that your own pieces are blocking you from being developed🤯crazy.

the position that i showed you is an example the pawns of the white side are blocking the bishop from being developed!
