Great Chess Players--1
We (I) can never learn too much about our predecessors in chess! Now we have a chance to learn more!
Reuben Fine (1914-1993) was a great American chessplayer and author. I have drawn the glimpses of 'Great Chess Players--1' in the Crossword below from Fine’s The World’s Great Chess Games. This classic collection presents important games in the history of chess. But Fine also discusses the Chess Greats who played those games. He discusses their lives, chessplaying, and—being a psychologist himself—Fine offers some psychological insights along the way.
