Black can get the Queen's Gambit Declined formation by various move orders. The main line has a Bird-Larsen approach, but if Black plays a quick ..e6, then I think White can switch to a Leningrad approach. Again, GM Henrik Danielsen's Polar Bear books, shows how to have fun there.
