Oddly, Seel does not cover 6 Bg5 in his "The Philidor: A Secret Weapon". Lorenzini does not cover the move too with his Antoshin repertoire (on Modern Chess). I have 38 recorded games against 6 Bg5, so one needs to have an answer prepared. Zude/Hickl do analyze 6 Bg5 covered in their "Play 1..d6 Against Everything" book, and I started with their analysis, but the analysis below comes from my own battles.
