How I Robbed $675 From CCA
As you probably know, I have blogged about my tournaments before, under the heading "How I Robbed Blah Blah Blah". Last weekend, I went to Connecticut for the CCA (Continental Chess Association) Tournament: Eastern Open
This Tournament has 5 rounds, with a Time Control of 40/80 SD 30 d30. Which translates to: 80 Minutes for the first 40 moves, followed by an additional 30 minutes, with a 30-second delay for the entire game. Anyways, let's get to see the games.

Reflections
1. "When I think I am smart, I am actually being stupid" -Esben Lund (Round 2)
2. Be extra careful and look for fortresses in winning endgames.
3. Do not be superficial when evaluating positions; be concrete as well.
4. Put in more effort when calculating.
