2024/09/19 DPA: "If The Fork Doesn't Exist, Create One!"
White to move:

1. Nd5 Qd8 2. Rxc8 Qxc8 3. Ne7+, winning the Queen.
.
The key was recognizing that the discovered, double attack on the Queen [the Knight and Rook] meant the Queen had to move [ie 1. ... exd5 2. Rxc7] and there was only one safe square [a hint in itself that 1. Nd5 was the correct move].
Then the solver had to see the exchange sac that set up the Royal Fork: seeing the first Knight move was not so difficult but seeing the subsequent combination was more so because it appeared as if the opponent's Queen had escaped.
Also, this fork configuration is uncommon: we are accustomed to seeing a fork on c7 with the King on e8 and a Rook on a8 or on f7 with Rooks on d8 and h8.

Nice puzzle, @JohanVA!
