Why Does Stockfish give Nxe4 a "Brilliant"?

6. ... Nxe4 is given a "!!" by Stockfish.  I don't know why as the evaluation doesn't change much and it's an even exchange after 7. Nxe4 d5.

White can even throw in the intermezzo 7. Bxf7+.

But I noticed in the Game Review where I did not play this so i've tried it in actual games a couple of times and the Stockfish faithfully records each one as "!!".

I think it has shock value [the opponent might do a double-take and say "WTF??" and maybe burn some time] but not much beyond that.
