How to help with my channel
Hello everyone! If you are following me then you probably know that I have a channel called 'The Chessguy'. This channel has been going on for 2 years now and for that time I have been making videos on chess traps, openings, tricks, puzzles, and more. Over that time I was able to reach 3580 subscribers. You probably know that you need 1000 subscribers to make money from your videos, and yes, that is true, but you also need 4000 hours of watch time. The way people earn this is usually they would make a short video and it will go viral, meaning they get a lot of watch time. I have tried this but it did not work.
If you watch my videos, you should know that I have spent many hours making these videos and spent so much time on them. It is a shame that throughout all this time I have not even earned a penny through donations or monetization. How to help:
If you are a fan of my channel and would like to help me gain 4000 hours of watch time, then follow these simple steps. It's easy!
- Open up my channel (link here) and open up a video or multiple videos in different tabs. Remember that if you leave 15 videos going on for 1 hour I will earn 15 hours watch time. And if everyone here does that I will get 4000 hours in no time! Also, do not leave the videos on for more than an hour. The YouTube algorithm might pick it up and remove it.
- Set the quality to 144p so it does not take a lot of internet. Then right-click on PC and press 'loop', the top option. Do these steps with all the other videos. You can also open up one video, set the quality to 144p so all the other videos will turn into 144p after you open up more. You will have to do the loop on every video though.
- Keep it on for an hour or less. As I said, this is completely optional and only if you want to help me and my channel.
If you cannot do those steps, open up these videos and loop them and set the volume to zero. Then close this tab in an hour.
