doggy time setting

I have come across with some issues that this site as got. When I had winning positions and try to make a quick move for some reason i was not able to complete it :) then it happens again and again. I have reaised my concerned to the moderators of this website but they just replied that they are sorry about this issue :) funny people. Sometimes when i have favourable and advanced position and I was wiing, but time was running out and once again my movements become limited it's like something has tied me up tried to drag me backwards. I have worked out what it is - they just want me to pay for memebership and all. Tryied to play on my smartphone thinking that it makes easier to make a fast move , but it was the same. They have not explanations.
