Round 1 is finished and the results are as follows:

Karjakin - Kramnik  (Draw)

Caruana - Naiditsch (Draw)

Meier - Bartel (1-0)

Leko - Panomariov (Draw)

Fridman - Gustafsson (Draw)

So the only decided game was Meier-Bartel and that's the game i covered in my daily coverage of the tournament. Due to a limited time frame i had to reduce my analysis to a brief overview and short explainations, which will change from round 2 on.
