Chess. It's History and Origin story

Chess. The reason that Chess.com exists, But in the old times, It was more than just a game.  So let us dig deeper into the origins of chess.

                            When and where was Chess invented?

Chess was made around 200 B.C. by a commander, Hán Xin who invented the game as a battle simulator. Soon, The war ended and the game was soon forgotten. But, in the 7th century, Chess resurfaced. Chinese Chess was created by either Emperor Shennong or his Successor

                                The Original Chess Pieces

We all know the Chess pieces of the modern day. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Bishops,

2 Knights, 2 Rooks, and finally, 8 Pawns. BUT, before most of these didn't exist. There were  the original chessmen, known as counselor, infantry, cavalry, elephants, and chariots. The Queen came from the Ferz. A weak Chess piece that stood next to the king (In the queens place) and could only capture one square diagonally.
