For black, the best is the caro-kann defence. A building block opening usually are good for defending and attacking. For this one, your opponents have to move e4. Then, do not ever move d5 or e5. Move c3. Then your opponent will push d4, taking the centre.Then push d5, attacking the e4 pawn. They will most likely to take the pawn, accepting the trade.
