(THIS POST DOES NOT CONDONE CHEATING IN ANYWAY - IT'S AGAINST FAIR PLAY POLICY) Obviously the only way to answer this question is to a game between two AI personalities, although if you have watched GothamChess or other creators within the past few years, you will have seen videos from them of those topics. So at the ending of my speech here is a game with StockFish vs StockFish 

As you can see in this here game - StockFish with the white pieces was winning but they blow their shot to win and it ended in a draw.
