 1. Principles and objectives of the game

1.1. A chess game is played between two players by moving their pieces on a square board called a "chessboard".

1.2. The player holding the light-colored chess piece (White side) makes the first move, the player holding the dark-colored chess piece (Black side) makes the next move, then the two sides alternately make the move.

1.3. A player is considered to be "in turn" when the opponent has "done" his move.

1.4. The goal of each player is to put the opponent's King army in a "attacked" (projected) state where the opponent has no legal moves.

1.4.1. The player who achieves this goal is called having "projected" (or shown) the opponent and won the game of chess. Do not leave your King's army in a state of projection, do not push your King into a projected position, do not "eat" the enemy's King's army.

1.4.2. The player whose King's army is shown is the loser of the chess game.

1.5. If there is a chess position in which both players are unable to show all the opponent's King troops, the game will result in a draw
