How to organize your club Part 1: Create your club

Hi, in this blog i will teach you how to have a good start whit your club

The first thing to do is actualy creating your club, here how, its very easy

1: Go to the club page

3: so far so good, now take a look for the club settings

so your club need a name and a prp, i sugest to make ''anyone can join'' at ON, and if you want you can put a backrounld, i suggest to work on a private AND a plublic description for it and ''play team matches'' and ''play vote chess' at on, the rest at off, but if you want to change a thing or 2 that what i recomend(or even everithing), its ok, its just what I recomend

If your club only accept pepoples respecting a certain condition, then make ''anyone can join'' at off

Now, you first need a staff, i suggest to invite friends THAT YOU TRUST cause i just saw way to many clubs having a bad adin banning everybody, here how to promote, its easy

But what does these do?

Coordinator

-Organize team matches,  and vote chess(also they can accept them)

Admin:

-everithing the coordinator can do

-ban, mute, kick and delete message and forums

-cancel matches vote chess and everithing

-lock registration of a club match

-organize tournaments and arenas

Super admin

-everithing admin and coordinator can do

-see the club audit log(i will explain later what is the audit log)

-promote and demote(everybody exept the owner)

How to invite

There is another way, but the simpler option is this

each clubs get 30 invites each day

There is a lot of other things to cover, but i think this is the main stuff, you also ban members and kick them AND mute them the same way you do it whit promoting and demoting, there is a lot of other things you will learn whit your adventure of an owner, so lets show THE LAST TOOL, which is just deleting a message: you simply take your mouse into a message about whatever thing, and you will see a ''X'' yu click it, it will demand if you want t actualy delete it, say ''yes'' and bye bye
