Introduction to The Life of a Terrible Chess player

Well it´s fair to say I was in a bit of a shock when I played my first game on chess.com, I had been playing a lot of online chess at online gaming site, ironically named coolmathgames, but it became far to simple to dispatch my opponents so I came here, and lost humiliatingly.

Chess is a beautiful game, and I enjoy playing. But what I enjoy more is winning. People tell me that winning is result of hard work and practice, 10,000 hours of practice. So my conclusion is that I´m going to need fucking loads of practice.

Everyone here seems to be a grand-master and utterly demolishes me every game I play.  Whats worse is that I know exactly what they´re going to do but I can´t do crap because either I`m in check, or one my pieces is being pinned down.  Too the experienced, and too any rationally minded people, you may have deciphered that I am indeed shit at chess, and this is my blog to vent and discuss my struggles. This blog will have a lot of winging and tears, but maybe also a slight comedic vibe to it. And maybe I might get good at chess.
