If you want to stay in shape, exercising is a prerequisite! In this first blog post I share 18 exercises for you. You can solve these exercises from the World Cup and tick that off from your today's checklist.

There are three sets each containing six exercises. They are arranged in increasing order of difficulty. You could take around 60-120 minutes to solve them all. One of the Grandmasters attempted them and solved 18 positions in 20 minutes.
Good luck!
