BULLET VS BLITZ VS RAPID

Yes we all know choosing game type is kinda hard specially for me and you ever think which game type is better from RAPID, BULLET,BLITZ yes you think biltz or bullet is better rapid is kinda slow but you are wrong but " how?" In Blitz or bullet you have low time to think which move is best and which blunder why rapid is best. I share one story me and my real life play  5 min Blitz game and I never played Blitz and friend rating was 1300 and I win 3 games or lost he just making blunder in every move. Why rapid is better.
