One Opening that You Should NEVER Use while Playing Rated Matches
For most of us, we all want to improve our chess Elo which represent our chess skills and status which is the reason why people to want to win quicker. A lot of the blogs will tell you to use an "opening" (not an opening technically) which is called Napoleon Attack (Pawn E4, Bishop C4, Queen f3, Queen, f7). A lot of people believe in it and started to use it against their opponents. Napoleon Attack is not a useless rubbish which will decrease your Elo. For beginner (below 600), this might be a fine "opening". But for people above six hundred, this "opening" will easily cause you to lose your rook or even queen.
This will attack your queen and force you to move your queen.
And then his knight will go C2 which is a fork unless you protect the pawn on C2. Also, after you brought your queen out, it provided more opportunities for your opponents to attack it which might cause you to lose your queen (if they pinned it).
Therefore, you should not use Napoleon Attack this "opening" while playing a rated match or else the possibility of you losing will become greater than the possibility of you winning.
