I Managed to Flag in a 30-Minute Rapid Game

Is there anything more frustrating than weaseling out of a jam, setting up an attack, working it to where you have a sure win against a much higher-rated opponent, and than FLAGGING in a 30-minute rapid game? Arrgh.

Here was my position when the sands in the hourglass ran out. It was my move.

You don't have to be a grandmaster to see Qxe7+, Kxe7, Rh7+ followed by Rxb7 no matter where the king moves. If I can't convert a rook, bishop and two pawns against three pawns I have bigger problems than flagging.

No you know why I've never played blitz or bullet.
