Today in Celebrity Instagram Chess Analysis: Tyson Counterpunches

Here at Chess Is Funny we continue to monitor the play of celebrities who post photos of their games on Instagram. Our latest analysis highlights a heavyweight match between Mike Tyson and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

A video shows the two just posing at the board, but we do have a first: a closer examination indicates an actual match is taking place!

To begin with, Arnold has a chess clock, though the two don't seem to be using it. We are early in the match, and it looks like a Four Knights opening. Arnold, as white, has played e4, d4, Nc3 and Nf3. Tyson responded with e6, d5, Nc6 and Nf6.

Unfortunately for Arnold, his fifth move was g3, at which point Stockfish gives Tyson a 1.88 advantage and recommends dxe4.

Tyson should win this one, but we know what Arnold will say right before the rematch:

"I'll be black."
