NY STATES CHESS TOURNEY! Day 1

Hello everyone! I’m coming to you from the NY States in Saratoga NY. The first day was very exiting. So here is how it’s works. My team room is in the convention center but my playing area is a 5-10 minute walk away, which gets annoying sometimes. AND IT’S A FRIGGIN 30 DEGREES. Well in the first round, I won against a 972 who sacrificed a rook for a pawn and didn’t even get the pawn… well anywys, in the second round I played a 1561!? But I’m only a 1158…well I ACTUALLY DREW THAT GAME. The computer said I was actually going to be up 2.5 points but I still took the draw anyways. The third round I lost 😢. I played a kid named Leo who’s a 1410 and lost to him. This game was a rematch though. He gave me a piece 9f gum which made me happy😆
