WHO CREATED EN PASSANT???

Hi guys....first of all I need to know the inventor of all these weird things like En Passant, Atomic Chess and many more......But I need to know the inventor on the En Passant.. Like I have lost almost 25-30 games because of that.... All these weird things should come to a stop one or the other day..... I need Magnus, Hikaru and Caruana come up to me and explain why all these weird things are going on
