An Ideal World Chess Championship

An Ideal World Chess Championship

In an ideal world, how should the World Chess Championship be?

My idea is that it should take place every 4 years, in the year between two Chess Olympiads (Chess Olympiads are held every 2 years).

This World Chess Championship should be absolute (ultimate), meaning it should include 6 chess formats: Classical, Rapid, Blitz, Blindfold, Chess 869 (FRC), and Problem Solving.

Who would qualify? Only 16 players, the champions of previous world championships, some of those do not currently exist (or not as they should be), such as the World Chess 869 (FRC) Championship, the Blindfold World Chess Championship, and the World Chess Solving Championship.

How would it be played? The 16 players would engage in a playoff for each of the 6 formats, with 4 games in each match; ties would be resolved with a single Armageddon game. In the classical section it is expected that the player should play only one classical game per day.

Who would win? The one who accumulates the highest score at the end, with points awarded only to the winner up to the 4th place.

This is my vision of an ideal World Chess Championship; there would no longer be candidates' tournaments, and the reigning absolute champion (within this format) would not qualify automatically. This also means that the diverse world chess championships that exist today should change their format to playoffs with 3rd and 4th places.

Here is another crazy but good idea about Chess Olympiads: Introduce 4 Player Chess (Teams).
