My recent experience with Polishchess

I'm writing this post to discuss about my experience after buying from polishchess.com or szachowo.pl. Until now, I have ordered the Zagreb chess set and a chessboard from them, which has fairly great price value.

Their Zagreb's queens are a bit different than I thought, as in the picture below, they seem to have the inner part higher and much duller crown but nevertheless, the quality is great and I should have paid more attention to the actual pictures on the website.However, the chessboard on the other hand, is not up to my expectation at all. I ordered a 20" board with rounded corners and while I was impressed with the great craftmanship at first, I found problems upon close inspection.

These are just a few misalignments I found and later on I would find a couple more and for a board this size, I don't think this is acceptable. I contacted them and ask whether this is common and they said yes? If so, I was wondering if anyone else has the same issue as I did. 

Let me know what's your thought about this and maybe similar experiences that you know of.
