Bishop's Opening

After last night's game I realized I do not know the Bishop's Opening as well as I should.  Especially if Black gangs up on f2 early, which happens often cuz I like to play f4 early. 

f4 before castling

would be considered risky by many but it is playable if you know what you are doing.  Too often I don't.
