Summary chessbook

From the above games we could note and understand the following points...

  • When attacking keep the lines of the opponent's king open (Game-1 the move g4! with the idea of h4).
  • When the attack is initiated it is very important to finish it till the end with a flow instead of backing off!. Pieces coordination is important! (Game-2 The Nxf7 move and the e6 pawn sac in order to bring the rook into the attack).
  • When our pieces are activated and the opponent's king is in the center, it is always good to keep the lines open using the available pawn breaks. (Game-3 the d5 move against Shirov and the further c4 move).
  • It is important to develop our pieces quickly and place them in the most active squares where they could stay as a happy piece. (Game-4 Judit played Re1 where all her pieces are active whereas her opponent's pieces has no coordination).
